End User License Agreement

01The license you get

Your license key grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the software on one machine for the duration printed on your key — 3 day, 1 week, 1 month or lifetime. The software is licensed, not sold; WOSM keeps all rights, title and interest in it.

• The timer starts when you activate the key, not when you buy it. An unactivated key never expires.
• Lifetime means the life of the product: all updates included, no recurring fees.
• A key survives Windows reinstalls on the same machine. Moving to a new PC? Ask support for a hardware reset — the first one each month is free.

02Where you may use it — offline and private modes only

The software is designed for, and licensed solely for use in, offline, private, custom and practice game modes: private matches and custom lobbies where every participant has agreed to its use, the practice range or shooting range, local and bot games, and private or community servers whose rules permit it. Rust Pro is licensed for use on private and community servers whose owners allow it. The HWID Spoofer is licensed for use on hardware you own or are authorised to modify.

You must not use the software in public matchmaking, unrated or ranked queues, competitive or tournament play, leagues, or any mode that awards prizes, rankings or ratings, or against players who have not agreed to its use. Doing so is a breach of this agreement, voids any right to support or a replacement key, and may result in immediate revocation of your key. No refund is due in any case — see the Refund & Return Policy.

03What you may not do

• Use the software outside the permitted offline and private modes described above.
• Share, resell, rent, lend or publish your key, or run one key on more than one machine at a time.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, dump, hook or modify the loader or the software, or bypass or interfere with its license checks or status checks.
• Use the software, or anything extracted from it, to build a competing product, or to publish its configs, offsets or signatures.
• Use the software to harass, harm or defraud other players, or in any way that breaks the law where you live.
• Circumvent a suspension or revocation, including after a chargeback.

04Third-party rules are yours to follow

WOSM software changes how third-party games behave on your machine. Every supported game prohibits this in its own terms, and enforcement is entirely theirs. You are solely responsible for knowing and accepting the rules of any game, platform or service you use the software with, and for every consequence of your use. WOSM is not affiliated with any game publisher or anti-cheat vendor and is not liable for account penalties imposed by third parties.

Detection while a product is marked Undetected and you were using it within the permitted modes is handled by support as a product fault: we fix the build or issue a replacement key. It is never refunded. Bans that follow from public, ranked or competitive play, from using a product marked Updating, Testing or Down, from ignoring the setup guide, or from ignoring a warning in the loader are not covered at all.

The HWID Spoofer modifies hardware identifiers reported to software on your machine. Restore is one click and permanent-mode changes are reversible; you remain responsible for your system configuration and for having the right to modify the hardware you run it on.

05Updates and availability

Updates ship automatically through the loader and are included in your key. We aim to return every product to Undetected within 24 hours of a supported game's patch, and time spent in Updating or Down is credited to time-limited keys automatically.

If WOSM ever discontinues a product, remaining time on active keys is moved to another WOSM product of your choice — keys don't die with the roadmap. Discontinuation does not give rise to a refund.

06Warranty and liability

The software is provided as described on its product page, and support backs that description with fixes and replacement keys as set out in the Refund & Return Policy — not with refunds. Beyond that, the software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any other warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOSM's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for your key, and WOSM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost game accounts, progress, earnings or time.

07Termination

We may suspend or revoke a key for breach of this agreement or the Terms of Service — key sharing, resale, loader dumping, use in prohibited game modes, payment fraud and chargebacks being the usual cases. Revocations for fraud, chargebacks or use in prohibited modes are final and non-refundable; anything else, talk to support and we'll work it out. You can end the agreement any time by uninstalling the software and deleting your key; no refund is due for doing so.
